二、申请时间
2023年9月4日-2023年9月20日（北京时间）
三、申请条件
（一）成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金申请者须拥有“一带一路”沿线国家国籍，持有有效外国护照。Applicants for "Belt and Road" Government Scholarship in Chengdu must have the nationality of a country along the "Belt and Road" and hold a valid foreign passport.
（二）成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金申请者须为持有外国国籍的友城公民，出生于成都市友城或有在成都市友城工作、学习经历。 Chengdu International Sister Cities Government Scholarship applicants must be sister cities citizens with foreign nationality, born in Chengdu Sister cities or have worked or studied in Chengdu Sister cities.
（三）身心健康，成绩优秀。Physical and mental health, excellent performance.
（四）学历生/语言生申请者须符合《成都农业科技职业学院2023年国际学生招生简章》规定的有关条件。Applicants for diploma/language students must meet the relevant conditions stipulated in the General Rules for International Student Enrollment in 2023 of Chengdu Agricultural Vocational College of Science and Technology.
（五）须学生本人独立完成申请过程。Students must complete the application process independently.
四、申请程序
（一）网上报名
1.登录、激活成都农业科技职业学院国际学生在线服务系统账号，注册报到后（http://cac.chiwest.cn/check_in/profile）提交申请
Log in CAC international student online service system, registration and submit an application (http://cac.chiwest.cn/check_in/profile)
（二）上传申请材料
【成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金】
1.《成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金及成都市东盟艺术奖学金申请表》（附件1）Application for BELT AND ROAD Scholarship.
2. 护照或外国国籍证明复印Photocopy of passport or foreign nationality certificate
3. 既往学习成绩Academic transcripts of previous study
4. 相关学历证明（盖章）复印件或扫描件Copy or scan of relevant education certificate (stamp)
5.个人介绍及学习计划陈述视频（中文或英文）Personal introduction and study plan presentation video (Chinese or English)
6.如有HSK证书或获奖证书，需提供复印件或扫描件 If there is HSK certificate or award certificate, copy or scan copy should be provided;
【成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金】
1.《成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金申请表》（附件2）Application form for Sister Cities Scholarship
2.《友城身份确认函》（附件3） Confirmation Letter
须由友好城市奖学金申请者所在友城政府部门填写（仅成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金申请者提供）
It should be completed by the government department of the sister city where the scholarship applicant is located (only provided by the Chengdu International Sister City Government Scholarship applicant).

（三）奖学金申请注意事项
1. 在成都农业科技职业学院就读期间，同一学年（学期），一带一路奖学金、友城奖学金、学校奖学金、学校助学金不重复申请。
The Belt-and-Road, Sister-Cities, School scholarship and students grants are not eligible for repeated application, while studying at Chengdu Agricultural College.
2.所有申请材料均须为中文或英文书写。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件。
All application materials must be written in Chinese or English. Any text other than Chinese or English shall be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English.
3. 每个申请人的申请表及附件材料均须扫描为PDF格式。必要时，我校会要求申请者提交补充申请材料。
Each material shall be the applicant's application to scan to PDF format. If necessary, we will ask applicants to submit supplementary application materials
4.申请材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法识别造成的后果由申请者本人承担。对弄虚作假者，一经查实，将按有关规定取消申请资格、录取资格或学籍。
Application materials must be clear, true and valid.
It is recommended that the applicant use professional equipment to scan the relevant documents to be submitted. The consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable materials shall be borne by the applicant himself.Those who cheat will be disqualified from application, admission or school status in accordance with relevant regulations.
七、其他说明事宜
（一）新生应按期报到。因故不能按期报到入学者，应当按规定向成都农业科技职业学院国际教育学院提出书面申请，并征得成都市教育对外交流中心同意。不能按期报到且未征得同意者，奖学金资格不予保留。
New students should register on time. Students who fail to register on time for some reason shall submit a written application to the School of International Education, CAC, and obtain the consent of Chengdu Education International Exchange Center. The scholarship qualification will not be retained for those who cannot register on time without consent.
（二）该奖学金要求获奖者每学期/学年参加评审，审核通过后在每学期/学年下旬发放奖学金。如复审不合格，将取消或中止发放奖学金。
The scholarship requires the winner to participate in the re-evaluation every semester/academic year, and the scholarship will be awarded at the end of each semester/academic year after passing the review. If the applicant fails the re-examination, the scholarship will be cancelled or suspended.
（三）学生若有违反中国法律法规、学校校纪校规，学校有权取消其奖学金评定资格。The school reserves the right to cancel the scholarship if the student violates Chinese laws and regulations or the school rules and regulations.
（四）本内容如遇与国家相关部门文件内容不一致的，以国家相关部门文件为准。
In case of any inconsistency between this content and the documents of the relevant state department, the documents of the relevant state department shall prevail.
